ceremony site outdoor/indoor?

Help!
We're trying to find a good site for a beautiful outdoor wedding that might have an indoor option on location as a rain back-up plan. Ideally, this should be a cheap option. We were hoping to find a York County, PA park with an indoor pavilion/building. Does anyone know of any options?

How much do you consider "cheap"?

I have no idea how much the places are... but the only parks that I can think of are John Rudy and Sam Lewis State Park.  Also, Cousler Park and there's one in Yoe as well.

The only one I know prices for is at Rocky Ridge Park you can rent a pavillion for 75 dollars I think.  We rent one for our family reunions.

If I recall correctly, Sam Lewis is no longer be upkept due to state budget cuts. However the park is still in good shape.

Depending on when you're getting married, I would definitely avoid John Rudy park and maybe even Rocky Ridge. I think Nixon Park actually has a real indoor area (not just a pavilion), but I can't remember how big it is.

There's several other municipal parks I can think of, but I think they all only have port a johns so I figure they're not really an option.
