Cork Factory Hotel? Rants/Raves?

Any information good or bad?

Tried to search but can't get this thing to work.

Just started looking into location ideas to see about a budget. Looks funky and cool. Nice prices from info they sent me. I am about an hour away from there but to me the location looks unique and could be worth the drive. thanks

I am having my rehearsal dinner there.  The place is really nice and the hotel looks to be nice too.  They also run the Hamilton Ballroom and I hear nothing but good things about events there.

    Definitely worth the drive!

We are having our ceremony and reception there in October! I love it!! So far I have been working with Lindsey and she is fantastic. The place is brand new and they haven't had a lot of events yet, but it seems as though everyone really likes it. They have a ton of photos on their facebook page. We really wanted a unique venue with a city vibe and the Cork Factory pulls that off perfectly!

I loved how the price is per person and includes everything. You only pay for upgrades. No B.S. like with some other venues.

You should really see it in person. The photos just don't do it justice. And it is much bigger than you would expect.

If you don't mind me asking, what are their rates, what's included, etc. Thanks! I checked out their website, it looks awesome!

If you want to send me an email sunflowerhippi@gmail.com and I can forward you the info packet she sent me. 40-55pp for food but doesn't include bar. Bar is another 30-50 per person for open bar.

Only thing so far I am waiting for is we were going to do open bar with soda and such with beer and wine but they do not seem to list that as an option so I am waiting for an email back.

They included everything in our pp contract. Tables, chiavari chairs, linens, flatware, china, glassware, cake cutting... Also, our meal choices included sorbets, a huge plethora of hot and cold hors d'oeuvres,  coffee & champagne toast! It made life easier that it was all included.

We're doing beer & wine and are meeting with the beverage manager to discuss how much we need to order. It's going to be a lot cheaper that way. Many of my family members do not really drink alcohol.

I'm having my event at their sister site the Hamilton Ballroom. Lindsey is super wonderful to work with. The place looks really nice too. We are planning on staying at the hotel that night after our wedding.
