HELP! Need officiant/minister for 10/10/10!

Hi,

My fiance and I booked an officiant over a year ago for our wedding. Long story short, we just found out he booked another wedding too close to ours and we need to find someone new. We're getting married in Downingtown, PA, which is about an hour east of Lancaster. Is anyone familiar with the area or does anyone know of any websites I can go to to look for a replacement? Any help is GREATLY APPRECIATED as our wedding is only a little over a month away!

Since we're on the subject, is anyone else frustrated they all cost like $400.00 for a 30 min ceremony?

I'd recommend Dave Riddado from weddingdayz.net.  He presided over a wedding we had covered and did a fantastic job.  Very tactful and definitely got to know the couple on a personal level to help make the service very much about them.

in PA you dont have to have an officiant you can marry yourselves and ask a good friend to  guide the ceremony if you like ... juat an option
