Hello ladies!... I've been searching all over the web to find a make-up artist in the Des Plaines,Il area but I'm coming up with nothin.

How did you ladies find your's?

most of the Chicago artists will travel to the burbs. A very popular one is Cynthia Sally. Go to Weddingwire.com and search for makeup artists or even google 'chicago make up bridal' or something. you should get a ton of hits.

Most on location makeup artists will come to your location so you shouldn't worry if you can't find one right near by. I'm using Holly Kasprisin www.chicagobridalhairandmakeup.com She's located in the city and is traveling to me at my venue in Indiana.

if you are still looking, i booked alma valdes. she is GREAT!!!!!!! SHE IS REASONABLE AND travels to u! she is in the norridge area so not too far at all!

I found mine through my hairdresser.  I figure someone that hairdressers use for make-up has to be good.
