Tailoring at Alfred Angelo Lancaster....

If I got my dress at the Alfred angelo lancaster, do I have to get my dress tailored there?  if not does anyone know of any good tailors that are reasonable in price in the Lancaster, PA area?  I heard that the Tailor at AA does it on the side, can I trust her? ANY INFO is appreciated!!

I bought my gown from the Alfred Angelo in Harrisburg and no you don't have to do the tailoring there. My gown came in a few weeks ago and we paid for it and I'm going to take it to someone locally that I know does a great job. They will try REALLY hard to convince you to get it done there, but don't feel like you have to!

I talked to the tailor who does work for Alfred Angelo, but I just wasn't impressed by her demeanor. I know, people have a stressful day, a rough day, or what have you, but I had questions about how my dress would be altered and bustled (which would affect the pricing), and she just wanted to end the conversation. No thanks.

I took my bridesmaid dress for my sister's wedding this past October to Gail, and she was so wonderful to work with, the work was very neat, and her prices were reasonable.

Just note that sometimes when you search for her online, there's an address on Marie Avenue, and one at Doe Run Road. Her shop is at the address at Doe Run Road in Manheim.
