So last night i turned on my kindle to read our book club book.. Well Kindle screen was all messed up, NO GOOD!!  So tonight I called Amazon and they are sending me a new Kindle for free since my kindle is somehow broken. 

I have never had such great cutomer service before.  Yaya for Amazon!

I love my kindle.  I love the convenience of being able to purchase books anywhere and that is really beneficial for me since i travel a lot for work.  My dad's FI got the Kindle fire for xmas and I am obsessed with it.  Has so many more features and is more like a tablet then just an e-reader.

I got FI a kindle last year for Christmas and he was having issues with it so they sent him a brand new one. From what he has told me, the customer service for them is amazing.

I have a kindle as well. I love it! So nice to be able to buy books whenever I want. 

I'm also an obsessive reader. Once I start a book I can rarely put it down.

Yay!! That's so funny, we were just talking at work yesterday about how awesome the customer service is at Amazon. A co-worker bought a video game from them that somehow broke his PlayStation, so they are replacing the game and the whole system (which he didn't buy from them). I wish more companies would put customer service first.
