Bartender

Help! We are hiring a bartender for our wedding.  We are serving beer, wine and a signature cocktail.  Our wedding will be between 140-160 people.  Our favorite bartender has agreed to bartend our wedding, but we don't know how much to offer? Any ideas? Would $20-25/hour be appropriate? Thoughts?

    We are having a beer and wine bar at our reception and the venue is providing the bartender but we have to pay him. They are charging us $25/hour. They are billing for 8 hours (5 hour reception, 2 hours set up and then 1 hour clean up). So it's coming out to $200 for the event. Hope this helps!
