I am searching for a make up artist in the York/Harrisburg/Lancaster area.  I've gotten the recommendation for Carmina before, but she has flaked on returning my calls and so the search is on for someone else!  Thanks ladies~

    A coworker used Makeup by Chelsea and loved her. I just booked her for my engagement photos in August, and she has been very quick to reply to emails, etc.  Her website is http://www.makeupbychelsea.net/.

    Prices seemed to be in line with others in the area..

    She was fabulous!!  She's out of Ephrata...she did my b-pic makeup too.  I just adored what she did!

    Dandy Looks did our make up and it was flaw less it was airbrushed but it was very nice
