Alright ladies!! Great to see so much motivation!! 

So this week being Week 1, let's list our goals.

Are you more focused on pounds lost or inches lost?
If weight how much weight would you like to lose?
If inches how many inches would you like to lose?
What is your timeline of weight loss (ex. 1lb per week, 50 lbs by October)?
What exercises are your favorites (i.e. videos):
Will you be using a website or another weight loss program?
What is your goal for week 1?

YAY!!  We can so do this!!!  It's okay to lose it but you know you can get right back on board!!
