Madison Food selections

I'm wondering what menu selections my fellow Madison brides have made? Or what others who've been to a wedding at the Madison have liked/disliked?
We do our tasting next week and it is tough to pick what to try, they all sound so good!

I went a wedding last summer where they had a carving table with turkey and prime rib and both meats were really delicious. They also had a pasta selection (red sauce) but not sure exactly what kind, that was just ok but the rest was yummy!

We've attended two weddings there (one upstairs and one downstairs).  Both receptions were in the smaller of the two party rooms.  I don't remember the food very well one way or the other but I do remember the set up as being extremely elegant; they did a lovely job in that department.  While I like The Grand's facility better, the Madison does lay out a much classier table.

The Madison got a new chef about a year ago and since then they have added a lot of options. We had our wedding last month and chose the "stations" option. Our 3 stations were themed Asian, German, & Italian. The food was amazing and so many people commented on how great it was.

We also held our rehearsal at the Madison and had the grande buffet. The food was delicious, especially the carving station. The mashed potatoes were really good too.

If you want to try some of their food you can attend their monthly wedding connection - it's the first wed of each month and they usually feature different foods each time. HTH.
