Flying Buttercream Tasting!!

Just set up a tasting with flying buttercream! I'm excited after all the good things I've heard about them from the boards! Anything I should know before I go to the tasting or questions to ask??

Did you pick the flavors you wanted to try? I'm using her for my wedding in March and she was really knowledgeable. Maybe if you have a design in mind bring pictures with you.  She'll want to know about how many you're inviting (the final count isn't due until 30 days before the wedding). That way she can give you a rough estimate of the cost.

I hope you like her! We loved her cake and can't wait for out wedding!

Also, if there is a flavor that you want that is not listed on her website, she will more than likely be able to accomodate you, so don't be afraid to ask.

we had a tasting a while back and i loved her.my fi on the other hand,he thought she was kinda bossy with the contract and everything else.but we still picked her.but overrall shes pretty reasonable and her cake was amazing!

I met with her yesterday and loved her! We booked her on the spot... She is really resonable and super nice.

for us, she brought one piece of white and one piece of chocolate and then i picked 2 fillings. it was all i needed to book her

She brought a piece of white cake and a piece of chocolate, and we chose the peanut butter chip and the raspberry filling--the raspberry was A-mazing.
