My fiance and I are looking to have an outdoor ceremony and reception at the same venue. We are from the Edwardsville/Bethalto area, but are looking at places up to an hour away (hour and a half, max). My parents have a large field surrounded by woods that we can use, but we would like to avoid the no electricity/bathrooms/running water fiasco if we can. We are having trouble finding many venues, and most cost SO much. We would like to keep the venue rental under 2000 with the freedom of bringing in our own caterer.
Any advice or reccomendation would be wonderful!
