    I am!  My FI and I are getting married in the Bayshore Ballroom this coming May.  I am working with Maria as a coordinator and she has been nothing but wonderful.

    We both liked the fact they are making a custom menu for us.  One of our entrees is a dish they make for the Sunday Brunch every couple of weeks (the entree, not brunch) and the other dish is from the Fountain Grill Restaurant.

    Yay gnatters! I'm getting married there next Spetember and we are actually having the Sunday Brunch menu. We'll be in the Four Springs ballroom

    Their Pork Florentine is amazing.  Our coordinator had us salivating over her description of it, and when we tried it, it was just as good as she described.
