I need some help for my best friend.  She is getting married in Tampa in October and is looking for someone to do our hair and makeup.  Any recomendations would be hugely appreciated since she is living in NC and I'm up in NJ.

Check out Destiny and Light.  They are way less than everyone else and they do amazing work!  I just had my wedding and happy to share photos.  All my girls looked like movie stars.  You will look great and your girls will appreciate not having to pay $160 plus tip for hair and makeup.
