Manatee Riverhouse Venue

My fiance and I are interested in having our reception (and possibly ceremony too) at Manatee Riverhouse in Bradenton/Palmetto. We will be going on a tour of it soon but I wanted to see if anyone here has any experience with the Riverhouse? Thanks in advance!

My photographer just did a wedding there. I am stalking her blog waiting for photos of my wedding this week (im impatient), but I did see the riverhouse on there.

My fiance and I looked there and decided to go elsewhere.  While it is a really nice and beautiful venue, we felt like it was a little pricy.  It was definitley cheaper to do the wedding in the afternoon than in the evening there and (unless things have changed) I believe they charge for cake-cutting fees as well as servers and server captain.  Again, it was very very beautiful, and if you have the money, you should definitely consider it!

They are amazing! I am currently working with them now and everything has been flawless. I am unsure of your price range, but I chose them because of how well priced they were!! Compared to other places that had much higher prices and not as much to offer (as well as the beauty of the entire place) you get a lot for your money here. You do have to pay for servers, however, you do at all other venues as well-- this one just breaks down all of the fees so at the end they dont suprise you with a 25% service charge like most other places. Also they entire venue is so beautiful, you hardly will have to pay for flowers or other decorations!
