I just saw the coolest idea on another board

My MIL (and whole family) are the most wonderful people and have welcomed me into their family since the very first time I met them.

I read on another board where the groom walked his mother down the aisle and then took his place.  I love this idea and I'm totally going to steal it!

What do you think?

    I love it!
    Photobucket Me:36 DH: 34 TTC since 02/2012, not preventing since 2010. Me: testing came back good. DH: dx: MIF low count/motility. RE recommends IVF with ICSI. Update: DH just diagnosed with severe Crohn's disease, so any IF treatment is on hold :(

    We are planning on doing this! 

    We're getting married on the beach so my FH can't just be standing at the altar while people come in or sneak in from the side, so we though to have him walk his mom down the aisle to get there.

    H walked his mom down and before he walked down, BM walked their grandma.

    I think we do this in Judaism, although I'm walking myself down the aisle, so everything's kind of off with us...;-)
