Guest book sign?

Our "guest book" is a golf flag with our initials embroidered on it.We will set a fabric pen/marker out next to it, but I want to put a sign in a frame with "signing instructions"Any suggestions on wording?  Google isn't helping.

Love it!We're having our guests sign a fabric square and a friend of mine will quilt them together for us.  We're super excited!
