Officiant?

Can anyone recommend how I should go about locating an officiant?  I'm Catholic but am not marrying in the church so we need to find someone to marry us.  Thanks for any suggestions.

    We were going to use Stephen LJ Hoffman to do our wedding ceremony, but I think we are going to use someone else due to Stephen's schedule that day. He did my best friend's wedding and he was good...he's more on the humorous/lighter side. Check out his website. http://www.stephenljhoffman.com/ Good luck!

    We are using Kathryn Siefert.  She will do whatever you like for your ceremony and has been an absolute pleasure to work with the past year.  She will be as involved or not as you want her to.  We love her and would highly recommend her!  GL!http://bridesofcincinnati.com/

    I will third, fourth and fifth Bill Proud. He used to be a priest, now is married. He actually taught my father in high school when he was Father Bill. We finalized our ceremony tonight with him and he is wonderful. Our ceremony is mostly catholic to keep the family happy without getting married at the catholic church. He is definitely worth meeting.

    I'm using Terry Carlisle.  He's a minister at a church south of Dayton and will work with you to get the religious elements into your ceremony that you want.  He's been great to work with and very helpful with the whole process.
