Going Saturday to sign contract

I just got the call from my mom that she has the money for me to put the deposit down on the reception hall.  We fell in love with Norlyn Manor (in Batavia) when we went to visit...but now I'm starting to second guess..it's a lot of money.  Has anyone had/attended/is having their wedding there?  How did it go?  K
