Rehearsal Dinner...

Ladies,

FI and I will be paying for the rehearsal dinner...what is the average price? I have seen quotes from 29-over 50/pp at different places. Does anyone have any ideas on budget friendly places for about 20 people?

    Maccaroni Grille will work with you to create a package that fits your budget. Most locations have a  private room as well.

    I had my RD had Macaroni Grill and it was great. They are very reasonable and they give guests a ton of food choices. I think we had 12 entrees to choose from.

    I gave them a call and the one closest to our venue doesn't have a private room but he said that how the restraunt is sectioned they have a smaller area that would work with our group. The price range he gave me seemed pretty good so FI and I are gonna go to dinner out there soon and we will be able to get a copy of their special event menu. How far in advance do you have to book a rehearsal dinner?

    Ours didn't have a private dining room either, but they put a bunch of tables together and it felt like our own little space. We booked about 2 months in advance. If you decide to go with them I would go ahead and book it. Our Macaroni Grill did not require a deposit or even cc info to hold the space. I highly recommend that you get a copy of the event request form they fill out so you have a hard copy of your reservation. We did have a slight issue with managers getting switched and them losing our reservation. They fixed it quickly and everything turned out perfect. I have a copy of the special event menus (it's probably the same) if you want me to email it to you. Just send me a pm with your email addy.
