I'm getting married at the Lyceum on October 10th.  I absoltely LOVE it there!  If you haven't seen it in person yet, I'd hughly recommend it.  The pics on the website do it no justice!  The owner, Brian, is fantastic!  He is wonderful at taking care of all the details and making you feel very calm and comfortable.  It's great because whether you're having a huge elaborate wedding or a small intimate one, you have the entire place to yourself.  Congratulations and good luck!

alioz- I am in the same position as you my FI is in grad school in Gainesville and Im in grad school in Tally (I am a g8r though:)  This weekend I checked out some really pretty places.

Clearwater- Shephard's beach resort- Patio room is beautiful

Feather sound cc- cute space but great event coordinator- ask gor John

    Belleaire CC- NICE

Rusty Pelican- beautiful, on the waters of tampa pay very reasonably priced ask for Sharon

Safety Harbor Resort and Spa- ABSOLUTELY gorgeous!!!!!!!!!!

Tampa Bay watch- by far the most reasonably priced, prettiest, and you can bring outside vendors which cuts mucho costs.

    Hope this helps!

You should also look up Cross Creek Ranch. They are very flexible, you can bring in just about vendors that you choose. And for a wedding that size they have a less expensive area that can accommodate up to 50 or 60 people (unfortunately, I cannot remember the exact details, it was a bit small for me).
