Do you count people in state who will have to drive in for the day, but probably not stay overnight as OOT?

I have tons of folks coming from CA, AR, MA, etc. I'm trying to make an OOT list as far as how many baskets to make, how many people will need transportation, etc. I have aunts and a cousin who will have an hour-3hour drive, do they count?

The only people I am including in OOT are the guests staying in the hotels. I plan on the hotel giving them to the guests. If you are going to give them out in front of everyone I would say have enough for them also

I was wondering the same thing!  I have a bunch of people driving a few hours but staying with other family.  There isn't just one hotel that everyone is staying out so I'm not giving them out at the hotel.  I had planned on setting up a table or something at the wedding for the out of town guests to take a goody bag... but I'm not sure how to do it. 

I really didn't know what to do about thjs so I might just cut it out, although I really would like to do it.
