coordinator for outdoor wedding ceremony

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone could provide some advice.  I am having an outdoor wedding ceremony in Sarasota.  I don't need a wedding coordinator, but I do need a coordinator for the ceremony.  I need someone to tell my girls when to walk, tell guys where to stand, when to play music, etc. 

If anyone knows someone I could contact, please let me know. Thank you!!

    You could get a day of coordinator or just ask a friend to help with this.  One of our friends had a "mistress of ceremonies" who did things like ensure everyone got their bouts and corsages and told the bridesmaids when it was time to walk down the aisle.

    I don't know exactly what you have in mind, or your budget, but it sounds like this might work for you.
