garden wedding in tampa?

my fiance and i are wanting to have a garden wedding in or around tampa. we're looking for a venue that will allow us to bring in our own caterers or at least customize the menu some.

i have looked at many venues on the knot, as well as bookmarked them. i was just wondering if anyone knew from personal experience which was a lovely venue that we should look at first.

Have you looked at the Davis Island Garden Club? It's in Tampa and you can bring your own caterers.

I am using the Palmetto Club @ Fishawk ranch. They have an english garden (can be seen in my planning bio) where I will be getting married.

Sunken Gardens in St. Pete has several places around the property to have the ceremony and then there's a indoor room for your reception.

Also, the Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo used to do weddings.  I'm not sure if they still do or not.  When my FI and I looked into it at the beginning of the year they were working on new policies and pricing, but it's beautiful and worth checking into.  GL!
