    Irene at www.forbetterforless.com. She doesn't have a store, so she can keep her prices lower.

    I know she's on the preferred vendor list at The Rusty Pelican.

    Ugh!  I am in the same boat.  I have a very popular wedding date and I've booked all my other vendors and apparently have waited too long to start looking at florists.  I have heard great things about Debbie at the Bride's Bouquet, but I just called her and she is not available on my big day. :(

    I have also heard good things about Irene at FBFL, so I will try her too.  Any other suggestions?

    We had flowers done by Publix florist and they were beautiful, and half the cost of a traditional florist...

    I'm using Dana Dineen and she does amazing work from everything I've seen.  She also came highly recommended from my wedding planner.  She can be flakey at times, but my wedding planner said she does phenomenal work, is reasonably priced and has never let her down on a wedding!

    I'm using Rose Garden Florist on seminole blvd (just north of 102nd).  The building is kinda sketch looking on the outside, but nice inside.  Heather was super-helpful, very nice and knowledgeable.  Her pictures in the albums are good.  The price was really great too.

    Thank you all for your suggestions... I have a year till the wedding, but I don't want to get caught with no florist because my wedding is on a holiday weekend.

    Dana Dineen did two of my coworkers weddings. Both said she is flakey and got worried but came through. I am going to look into her too.
