So last week i found out that the catering manager for the Hilton our venue left. I had no clue, until i sent an email to her and a new lady responded. I was freaking out and we met with her yesterday. Needless to say i am so glad that we did. Our contract that we had already signed was ALL wrong. We had our copy of our contract and our date has 3/12/11 which is correct however the contract the hotel had the date was 2/12/11. The previous manager booked 2 different rooms for our reception one for feb and one mar. There were several problems with our contract and the promises that were made by the previous manger that were not going to happend. But after meeting with the new manager my mind is at peace we got everything out in the open and we got some better deals.
I am much happier now.
