Stephanie Smith as photog

Hello ladies,

A lot of you recommended Stephanie Smith as a photog and I've really liked her so far through our correspondence. I also think her photos are some of the best I've seen for her price range.

For the ladies that have used or are using her, what were your experiences like? Did you choose to have her use a second photog? Would you recommend it?

I'd appreciate any input before signing off on a contract. TIA!!!

I'm not using Stephanie, but I did get a second photographer. I want the look on FI's face when he sees me for the first time as well as the look on my face. One photographer can't capture both. I think having two different perspectives will make for a robust and beautiful wedding album.

I used Stephanie as my photog for my wedding in March. She was awesome. I really liked her a lot and the pictures she took were fantastic. I think she does great work and I don't have any complaints about her.

As far a second photographer, I don't know if that is really necessary, but I think Stephanie will sometimes use a second shooter, so you may want to ask her about that when you discuss the types of shots you want for the wedding day.

Thanks for your response! I just found out she's also from Philly so we will get to meet her in a couple of months since she's coming up here. I'm excited!

Stephanie is the BEST!  Although we haven't had a shoot with her yet since our wedding isn't until October, she is my fav vendor so far!  We decided to splurge a bit with the photography since that is something that you get to keep after all is said and done.  We booked her for 8 hours and have her and a 2nd shooter, an E-session, as well as a Day-after ot TTD session.  I cannot wait to do our E session!  You will love her!  GL!
