Videography suggestions on a budget...please help!

Hi everyone! I'm getting married in downtown St Petersburg, FL in Dec and I really want a cinematic-style video!! But, I'm kind of on a budget. I've received quotes for $2,000-$5,000 and that is just WAY too much. I can do something closer to $1,000. Any suggestions or referrals?? Thanks in advance!!

Thanks everyone!! Studio 76 and Life's Highlights were both booked on my date already and Hearts Video is a little too expensive. Waiting on Travis for a response, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed he will work out!
