DOC?

Hey everyone...I've be lurking for a short time and just got around to signing up. Question for you knotties: were there big benefits to getting a day of package for wedding coordinators versus the whole package. I've met with only three coordinators...and I'm just now sure which direction to go...

And just to give a bit of detail about myself-got engaged not that long ago and plans to get married in Anna Maria where my fiance and I LOVE to go...

I opted to pay for full planning services but with a limited amount of meetings it was only about $300 more and she did EVERYTHING for me. She call all my potential vendors and set up all my meetings. I basically said yes and no and that was it. FABULOUS!!!! I used Beth with  Flawless Occasions and was EXTREMELY pleased.

I hired Staci of Unique Event Design for day-of as well as design services. I have a zillion ideas but no clue how to pare them down and create a cohesive "look". She picks things, gives me options and I say yes or no.

You can customize your package for as much or as little help as you deem necessary.

I went with a DOC - Stacy Henderlong of Meant to be Wed.  She is great and answers all my questions.  We email back and forth and gives great ideas & feedback.  We are geting married on Anna Maria too!

I second the recommendation for Staci from Unique Event Design.  She did my wedding and was fantastic!
