Beach House Wedding

Hey everyone!

SO my fiance and I are planning on getting married in the Tampa/Clearwater/St. Pete Area (we are also open to other beach areas around there). I would love to be able to rent a beach house that our whole wedding party could stay in and then we would do the wedding and reception there as well. We are looking at no more than 100 people (probably more around 70-80 actually). The problem is I am having the HARDEST time finding a place to will allow us to do this! Has anyone done this before or have any recommendations ??

I would check with Clearwater Beach realtors.  They do a lot of beach rentals.

Sunset Beach House by Treasure Island does this.  Unique spot for a wedding.

Granger House on Indian Rocks beach is also a nice place- you must rent the entire facility. But this will give you plenty of guest space and is right on the beach.

Coconut Grove is great, it became available after I finalized my venue. But a friend is getting married there next month it worked perfect for her...

THanks all for the suggestions! we actually found a bed and breakfast that will take care of everything for us and its the same type of feel!
