Alterations for Dress

I purchased my gown from CC's Boutique. I feel and also have been told that CC's alterations department is extremely overpriced. I was wondering if this is true, if so where should I get my dress altered?

Not sure of their prices, but many ladies (including myself) have used Daisy. If you would like her info, let me know.
