What should HE wear?? HELP!!!

Hey guys! Ok, so when we planned the beach wedding, we were thinking of FI wearing some white pants with a white button down shirt and roll the sleeves quarter length.  But now, I'm not sure if we can pull it off without it being a beach wedding. Much less, I'm totally stumped on what type of shoes he should wear if we decide that is what he will wear.  So if anyone has any idea of a type of shoe for him, that would be great! And if you could think of him wearing something else (not expensive) the opinion would be greatly appreciated!!

I'm not sure what type of dress I want to wear, but I have an idea. It's either going to be something knee length and cute, or something like this without a train:

TIA!!

I would say he could go with Khaki Pants and a white or black shirt. Also, Men's wearhouse (i think) has tan suits(for rent) if he is up for that

A friend of mine got married on the beach and the guys wore khaki linen suits.

II fyou are doing the shorter dress and doing the beach thing I like the idea of khakis with white shirts rolled up.  And you can do that for the cheap and get them at LL Bean or Gap or something.  Have you thought about maybe neither of you wearing shoes at all?  Just doing a barefoot ceremony on the beach...just a thought =)

My dad bought his suit at JC Penny & my DH bought his suit at Macy's.  Both waited until each store was having a good sale & used their store credit card to save even more.  The final price was pretty reasonable.  DH also bought nice leather sandals to wear while on the beach & then dress shoes to wear inside for the reception.

Thanks for the advice everyone, but we are not doing the beach wedding anymore. I was asking if we could still pull off the look without it being a beach wedding. And he is going to wear all white, but if he does the white slacks with a white button down shirt, we aren't sure what type of shoes would look right with that, since it is no longer a beach wedding.  Or, if anyone has another idea of something he could wear in all white, that would be great!

Oh ok, gotcha now.  Hmmmm, not sure about the shoes if he's going to wear all white.  My dad had brown shoes on.  His suit was almost white.
