GORGEOUS! Vintage Venue - Inexpensive

I just saw a venue I have never seen or heard of.  Apparently it's from the 20's or 30's and they totally refurb'd it.   I drove by and peeked in and it is stunning ladies.

It is called the Seminole Heights Garden Center.  They have garden areas for weddings but the inside is a gem.  And I came home and looked and it's only like $400 to rent. 

I am already booked but I just wanted to throw out a venue on here that I haven't seen anything posted about.  I loved it!

I actually went to this place to have a look around and it's really small inside. Would probably only fit 110 comfotably and I was so worried about caterers, DJ and random tables (cake, favor, gift, etc). Also, there isn't really an indoor place to complete your ceremony should the weather not be cooperating. Lastly, the parking lot is basically non-existant. 

If you get married in a month that doesn't rain too much and if you have a small wedding, it's sooo pretty and I recommend it. With rental fees, tax and the cost of having an attendant, it comes to only $133/hour.
