Weather in November???

I'm thinking of getting married Veteran's Day weekend in November, but I'm worried about having an outdoor ceremony. Has anyone ever been to an outdoor ceremony in November and what was it like? Too cold, rainy, windy, etc?? Thanks!

I got engaged Veterans day and the weather was really nice.  Tank top during the day and at night I had a jacket.  But at the same time We went to a wedding Nov. 6th and it was FREEZING!  We're talking peacoat, scarf and gloves.  I think it's going to be a toss up again this year with the cold fronts.  This is the site I used to figure out what to expect for my wedding date.  Hope it helps!

Cold weather I can handle because I would rather be cold than hot. I just don't want rain! The whole point of having an outdoor ceremony is the beautiful weather and scenery. I just don't want big grey clouds in the background of my photos.

The last couple of years I have been here the weather is great on Veteran's day. Not rainy and still warm.

I got married on that November 6th and it was cold :) High of 70.  I will say that typically November has great weather with little rain and usually good tempatures. I never thought in a million years my wedding would be cold lol. November is actually a very popular month in FL to get married because of the great weather and little threat of hurricaines.

Hurricane season runs through November 30th...though late season hurricanes are rare. I'm having the same anxiety about my October 15th wedding. I have NO backup plan if the weather gets bad, and that scares the crap outta me!!

I'm getting married Veterans Day weekend out on the beach as well. Check out this website - http://www.wunderground.com/ - it lists the weather history as far back as like the 1950's or something crazy like that. I chose this particular weekend because it's had a history of such good weather!

November usually is dry and cool, last year it was freezing, so you never know how cold it might get, but it rarely rains

I'M TAKING THE CHANCE AND GETTING MARRIED 11/11/11 ON THE BEACH... IT MARKS OUR 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY FOR OUR FIRST DATE! WHATEVER WILL BE WILL BE, BUT I'M EXCITED. JUST A HEADS UP, ONCE I STARTED TRYING TO FIND A VENUE, I REALIZED EVERYONE IS GETTING MARRIED THIS DAY, SO IF YOU'RE GOING TO DO IT, YOU SHOULD START LOOKING FOR A VENUE. :D
