Need your help. Here is my cake

Except it will have silver piping instead of hand painted coral because we am not having fondant. Question is should it be two or three tiers? We can't decided, so help us.

I think it would all depend on how many people you're serving.  Can you get an idea from whoever's making your cake? 

I have to agree with PP.  I like the simplicity of the one you have pictured.
