Anyone getting married or got married at the Pink Shell, FM Beach?

Hi ladies,

I'm getting married 8/7 @ the Pink Shell. What type of shoes for beach ceremony? Flip flops to walk to beach and could take em off once on beach. But how do you feel about having cute flip flops/sandals for reception?

    Hi there,

    I am getting married @ the Pink Shell on May 22nd! I am not wearing shoes for the ceremony, and have flip flops for the reception. I haven't heard of anyone wearing shoes in the sand, since it is so hard to walk in. I might wear my flip flops until we get to the beach but I haven't decided yet. Let me know if there is any other questions I can answer about the Pink Shell. I love the resort and I think they do a wonderful job helping you along the way!
