tiny feet bride-shoe help

I am asking for a friend of mine, not a Knotie.  She has size 2 1/2 to 3 in childrens shoes.  It is difficult for her to find shoes on a regular basis and to find wedding shoes is becoming impossible.   I suggested a color that would go with her wedding colors but she wants white.  Any ideas?

WOW!  That's smallllll Try flowergirl shoes??  I think I saw some that looked more adult-ish on David's Bridal's website.
