There are lots of places who do an upgrade to open bar for pretty cheap.  A lot of the packages include beer and wine.  Ours did, and it was $10 extra for premium open bar (DH required Crown Royal), would have been cheaper for well drinks.  Try: The Madison, Newport SyndicateFor 'bring your own': Lake Lyndsay, Southgate Community Center, Glendale Lyceum Welcome to the boards!

Southgate Community Center in Southgate, KY lets you bring in your own caterer and your own alcohol. You do have to pay their bartenders, but they are only $60/piece for all night. I have about 130 guests and they are requiring me to have 2. Not too bad. Let me know if you want their info.

You could try the Nathanael Greene Lodge in Green Township. Possibly the GEAAA Park (GE's banquet club by Tri-County) or the Beckett Ridge Country Club. They seemed very flexible. I know you can bring your own food to Nathanael Green. Lake Lyndsay is a beautiful spot! I have been there many times.

I think Sweetwine Banquet Center in Anderson (Woodland Mound Hamilton County Park) does?  I'm not 100% sure but it may be worth the call.
