Questions I should be asking to venues

So I am going to visit a few venues in the next week for my beach ceremony and reception.  I have some questions that I want to ask, but feel that I am probably going to forget to ask some key questions.  What questions should I be asking?  Thanks for the help!

    1. Is your venue available onour date and time? (kind of "duh" question, but when excitement takes over the obvious is often forgotten)
    2. Whats the maximum capacity per available wedding space?
    3. Are there packages available? Can they be changed? What can be changed?
    4. Can you bring an outside caterer or is it in house only?
    5. Do they have a back up space in case of bad weather?
    6. Will our wedding be the only one at your venue on this day?
    7. Do you have adequat parking for quests? Is it valet? Pay for parking?
    8. Is there a noise constraint? (especially if your at a hotel )
    9. Do you allow rose petals, rice, bird seed at ceremony space for after we are married?
    10. Do you have designated rooms for the birdal party to get ready in?
    11. Is a tasting included after we sign the contract or is it extra? Do you offer a tasting? (surprisingly some venues dont offer one at all)
    12. Is there a cake cutting fee?
    13. Can you recommend photographers and DJs?
    14. Do you allow real candles?
    15. Will there be a day of coordinator?
    16. Do you have deals with local hotels for OOT guests?

If your looking at a hotel
    1. Are there discount rates for OOT guests?
    2. Is there a room we could use to put gifts in until the end of the reception?
    3. Is a wedding night room available? included in a package?

If they do offer a room for you, your FI and bridal party
    1. How long after the reception must the rooms be cleared of possessions?

Oh I forgot one Smile This one really helped me narrow down venues:

What are the specific costs included in the packages you offer? (ie: cost of linens, chair covers, chair sashes, napkins, settings, and food)

Sometimes its cheaper to rent your own linens and chair covers
