Help with Beach Wedding Ideas

I am looking for venues and ideas for my beach wedding. My Fiance and I are going through a custody battle so funding is very limited. 

This is a second marriage for both of us and since neither one of us did a wedding when we got married to our exes, a beautiful wedding is strongly desired.  We both work nights at MacDill AFB in Tampa and are going to school full time as well, so we do not have tons of time to research venues and ideas.  Any help that you all reading this could give is greatly appreciated.  I have very little experience in this area. lol.

We are getting married on Indian Rocks Beach- under 50 guests and its free to marry on the beach! We got a great deal at the Holiday Inn Harbourside for the reception.
