How to make a BIO?!

OK, so I'm a real dummy when it comes to creating this knot.com bio stuff. Can someone help me out? I want to be able to share my plans with the world i just don't know how!! : )

I think it is SO much easier to use webs.com or weebly.com than the knot bio builder.  Instructions are in the Cincy bio for how to post the link.  Webs was easiest for me, I've done bios with both.  Pick a background, add pics and text, done.  GL!
