I just want to see if I'm as out of touch as I apparently am. **insert sarcastic eye roll here**Are you planning your own? If so, any reason why?I'm not, but I've been reading a post on my wedding month board that apparently 'Modern' brides do/can plan their own. Thoughts?

I am not planning my own nor do I want to or have time . My Lovely BM are taking care  of it, but they do ask me my opinion before booking anything.

I am not planning mine.  My MOH asked for the guest list, addresses, and what kind of things we would want to do.  I am giving her free reign from there.  Hopefully she sticks to what I told her I do/don't want.

Mine is this weekend!! Yeah. I had plenty of planners willing to do this for me so I didnt have to do it myself. I did have a huge say in what we did since I am too old to be actin like I am 22 again. We are having a cookout on Friday night with girl time and then lounging by the pool on Saturday and then going all out on Saturday night. I was specific about things I did not want to do and they listed (or I hope they did).

kelk mine is Sat. too! I gave me MOH (sister) a guest list and told her I wanted to go out and have fun. So I know we are starting at my house for dinner, then heading downtown. I'm not sure any other details.

I'm not allowed to know where but I'm sure we'll be bar hopping. all of us are supposed to be wearing white so we should be easy to spot.

I told MOH that I didn't really want to go out to a bunch of bars. Just something low-key. So, we are going to The Melting Pot for dinner, then to the Funny Bone, a comedy club in Dayton.

Not actually planning it but already have talked with the girls for ideas. My twin is planning it and we currently live together so it's kind of hard to keep everything a secret! We are taking pole dancing classes and heading to the spa! I can't wait.

Since I'm not having anyone give me a bach party, I will be planning a night of drinking an entire bottle of wine at home, alone, while watching sappy girl movies, passing out, and waking up in the morning, hoping I don't have a hangover.

I'm basically planning mine b/c I'm going back to my alma mater to drink and since I know it better than the rest of my girls I'm making most of the arrangements.
