I don't have pictures but I can tell you what I'm doing... We have a magnetic white board that we'll be using.  Each guest will have their names printed along with their table assigment on a piece of paper that will be placed in a small (2x3?) photo frame.  Each frame has a magnetic strip on the back.  We will place the names alphabetically on the board and people will grab their name frame and take it to their seat.  They can choose which seat to sit in once they are at their table.Make sense?

That does make sense.  Very cute idea! Where are you getting the frames?

Since mine will be in a barn, my seating board is a little more rustic looking so it may not be what your looking for. I'll share it with you anyways :) I'm am using a large cork board, I wrapped batting around it and then burlap. I'm then printing off everyones names on shiny ivory paper and layering it on top of navy paper. I am punching holes at the end and using twine, navy, and green ribbons and will mix and match them all and tie them through the punched holes. I have a picture of something similar that I found on the knot. If you want me to send it to you just let me know. I'll try and look for it :)

Most of them are leftover from FSIL's wedding last year...but I believe they were purchased at Hobby Lobby.  I'm sure you could google and find some for really cheap.  How many do you need?

I'm not doing a 'board' but rather a seating chart in a frame on an easel.I got the template from a bride on here. I'll blow it up at Kinkos and then use a poster-frame to frame it and put it on an easel at the entrance to the tent.
