Beach Wedding Info.

Hi All,
I am looking to get married on the beach in Clearwater/St. Pete next March.  I am trying to find a great location that isn't part of a hotel.  I have found some packages with companies that specialize in beach weddings.  Does anyone recommend a company like this?
Thanks!

I was going to use a service like this. I finally decided it would be cheaper if I just did it myself. I went to Sand Key Beach and paid the deposit and reserved the boardwalk area. I then hired a wedding planner who had beach decor available to rent at no additional charge. It worked out VERY well and I got more for my money. The services that I wanted online were over a grand and didn't include very much. I was able to get an arch, seating, and full service wedding planning for that price by doing it my way. Good luck! I had liked Weddings on a Whim but decided not to hire them.

That's actually a great idea!  I was looking at Sand Key Beach as well.  Where was your reception?  I have been trying to figure that out too.  And if you don't mind sending me the wedding planner you used, that would be great as well.

You should contact the chamber of commerce.  I'm sure they have all kinds of information for you.

KrystalsKitch and I both used the same wedding planner and she is amazing! She is with Special Moments and her name is Tammy.  Tell her we sent you.

    Good luck,

We used Sand Petal Weddings and they took care of everything.  We just showed up and didn't have to worry about a thing.  I'm not sure if they do the Clearwater area, but you can check out their website.

    Good luck!

Thanks all!  Has anyone heard of this company:  http://gulfbeachweddings.com/index.htm

They seem to be pretty cheap but not sure about how they are.  Anyone that has heard anything please let me know.  :)
