i'm planning to wedding

i dont know how to set a wedding budget , I was talking wtih my fiance . we didnt have much money to effoce that  becoz we spend money for my visa ( cause i'm from Thailand ) we will get marry in my fiance howm town . we plan to have a about $1500 for wedding .so we got a ring already . So any body have an idea to share .?Kiss

    Is  his hometown near Tampa, Florida?

    How many people are you planning on inviting?  Do you want it a casual or more formal affair as far as venue and food, etc?   The venue and food will cost you the most - but if you want something simple (yet romantic and spirirtual or nondenominational) then opt for a less formal affair with a very nice ceremony (I call them simple and sweet)...  (eg a beach wedding or oark or in this economay I am seeing more and more backyard weddings as they are more affordable) - then your budget should do plenty and it can still be a veyr beaufiful ceremony if your guest list is small.   I have even officiated at weddings where it was potluck!

    If I can help you in any way, please email me - date of ceremony... the kind of service you want, eg how many people, how formal or infomral, all your MUST haves.   I  assist brides / grooms / interfaith or non religious or spiritual couples with their comittment cceremonies and /or marriage ceremonies and I do so on a very reasonable fee schedule... from  $75.00 - $600.00 maximum!   Yet, you get the same service that others will charge you 300-2,000 for!  The marriage license is a separate fee, not collected by me and something you do first... you must apply in person for that - but there is no waiting time in Florida for out of state residents... You can apply and get it the same day.

    What kind of wedding are you trying to plan?  Also, what part of west coast florida are you in?
