Dress woes

I cannot find a dress I'm crazy about. I've been to 2 places, all together I've probably tried on 14 or 15 dresses. While I like almost all of them, I don't get any "feeling" with any of them. I'm wondering if I'm just not going to feel that way about a dress since I'm really not a dress person anyway. I'm starting to get a little worried. I have one an appointment at one more place, and I'm going to schedule one at another. How long did it take everyone to find the one?

    3 Bridal Shops & about 20 dresses later...I found "The One"! I have to admit, as soon as I put my dress on, I knew it was MY wedding dress!

    Don't give up & don't become discouraged..you will find the dress of your dreams!!!! :)

    I never got "the feeling either". I went to about 4 dress shops and tried on about 25 dresses. I realized that it was "my dress" when I didn't want to take it off. I also didn't buy it right away. I came went back 3 times and kept thinking about it. That's how I knew...there was no ah ha moment. Don't get discouraged though, you will find yours :)

    Oh geez...I went to 7 different bridal shops and tried on 40+ dresses.  I finally got the feeling with THE DRESS.  It was just my mom and I, and the dress is nothing I thought I wanted.  So keep an open mind. 

    I did get frustrated to the point of tears, so I took some time off from dress shopping.  I casually went into one place looking for a dress for my mom all by myself and ended up trying on dresses.  No pressure to purchase.

    Here's where I went.
    John's Bridal
    David's Bridal
    Alfred Angelos
    2 small bridal boutiques in New Port Richey
    The Dressing Room: Great experience (in St. Pete)
    CC's Bridal: I had Monica for my consultant and she was wonderful

    There are other's in the area.  If I out lastest them I was heading to Orlando.

    thanks ladies ;] luckily i just found out i have way bigger problems so i think the dress just drop a notch on my priority list anyway lol
