Wedding Coordinators for Clearwater, FL

Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone can give me any input on Abby Affordable Weddings located in Clearwater, Fl. They seem to have a great product and I'm sincerely looking into their services. I am also looking into Suncoast Weddings as well. If somebody can give me any details about either, that would be greatly appreciated. I really would love a romantic beach wedding. Also, if you have any ideas for great not overly priced reception venues, please let me know! Thanks

I've never heard of the ones you mention, but I highly recommend Julie Perez, owner of Chic Designs N Fabulous Events (Chic N Fabulous).  She's a former Knottie and does an incredible job!

She has done an EXTRAORDINARY job with our wedding and has stayed within our budget.

Isla Del Sol is a beautiful venue for a wedding.

I love Julie Perez.  She's amazing.  So on the ball, and full of GREAT advice.  She's also very well connected, so she can help find fantastic vendors. 

I haven't heard of the other vendors you mentioned.

I'm using staci mandikas from Unique Event Design, she is sooooo awesome

I am using Tammy Waterman from Special Moments.  She is wonderful!  Tammy has so many connections and you get to use all her items so you don't have to rent them.  That alone has paid for her fee and my piece of mind.  Good luck!

Thank you for advice. As of right now I am still looking around for great options. To hypergrl: I am looking to hold the reception somewhere in Clearwater. I am so sorry I didn't clarify that. I'm in panic mode because this area is so intimidating. lol :P

Thank you for everyone's advice so far. I will definitely look into all of it. Oh yeah, and I do plan on having my reception somehwere in Clearwater but that, in itself, has been extremely intimidating as my budget seems to be too low for many of the venues despite the fact I only have 40 guests.

I am working with a little bit of a small budget but I only predict that I will have about 40 guests. My current budget for a beach ceremony and reception is $4500-5000. I already contacted Julie but I am so scared that this budget is unreasonable for the services she provides, which look fantastic. Thank you for again for your advice!

You should at least give Julie the opportunity to give you a price.  She's done an AMAZING job with my budget!
