I switch back and forth between a big binder and one of those "bride to be" planning books my mom got me. I have all our contracts and important papers in the binder and I keep track of all my DIY, rsvps, and appointments in the planning book. So far so good. Smile For the material things I have labeled boxes; one for my finished DIY, one for DIY that needs to be finished, One for the centerpieces, etc. I think this is the most organized I've been in my entire life lol.

I used the computer since I didn't have to work with many vendors. The favors for the tables were separated into boxes with the table name frames. I did really well not forgetting anything.

I'm a very visual person so I like to have hard copies but I do have a lot of the important documents backed up on my computer. I have it down to a science for the day of. My FI thinks its a little over board but I have whitnessed many "oh no I forgot ---" and I dont want that so the boxes with a yellow tag go to venue for them to set up, the box with a blue tag is for the guys, an orange tag is for the ladies and the purple tag is for me. I am DIYing a lot and I know that if I dont stay organized I'll forget something. I love your siggy pic btw Smile

Chaos. It's really chaos. A big binder, a notebook, a notepad, a spreadhseet here and there, a checklist on the fridge, one on the Knot and whatever the Knot gives me. I think I'm OK. Actually, I think that except for the table seating and writing the table name cards; the vows, the license and the must-have photo list; my lingerie for the day and his ring and shoes, we're done. But god help me, I could be wrong.:):)

I have "The Bride's Essential Wedding Planner" which I use alot, but Ive been using wedding wire for our website and guest list so RSVP's record on the guest list. I have the knot's big book of lists, but I haven't found it super useful. I've made folders in my email acct for vendors and wedding party emails too. I also made a folder on my desktop of excel budget spreadsheets.

I literally had STACKS in my office. Stacks of invites, stacks of inspiration, stacks of magazines, stacks of bridal party gifts. Stacks, stacks, stacks. Sadly, even though the wedding is long over, the stacks still remain! Now... it's stacks of wedding cards, stacks of wedding gifts, etc.
