Grant Hemond has the best customer service I've ever seen in my life. It's unreal! They have been so wonderful and accomodating and we haven't even mailed the check off yet!

I was reading their reviews on weddingwire and on the very last page there was someone who wrote a nasty comment about how her DJ didn't play every song she asked him to and she didn't understand why because she had totally dictated every song to be played (way to let the professionals do their job ;]) and she rated them low because of it. Then she came back saying how they contacted her and gave her 40% back and yadda yadda. GH then commented on it and profusely apologized. To me the girl just looked like a whiney brat, but GH still took the best care of her.

So I guess a BAD review is what ultimately made me choose them LOL

I agree...Grant Hemond has got the best customer service ever! My contract should be arriving any day now!

I just posted about GH too, because we are using them also and are thisclose to requesting the contract. They have been so awesome and accomodating!

I was a little reluctant at first because of the money, but they are so worth it.  They have been so wonderful to work with and are even helping me with lighting.  I love my DJ, he's emailed me a couple of times about new ideas and song ideas.  LOVE HIM!

I'm looking into Grant, too. Can you tell me what you ladies mean by "expensive"? We're just getting started on DJs and are paying for this wedding ourselves, so we want to stay under $2500 for the DJ. I'm from NJ and live in Chicago, so I don't know what's reasonable in the Tampa area.
