It feels so good to get some more big checks off the list! This weekend we got the invitations out (Hallelujah!), went shopping and found a bedroom suit that FMIL is going to give us as a wedding gift, finished my centerpieces (WOOT!), finished my cake table letters ("OH HAPPY DAY"), got my veil, and finalized the tuxes! Whew! What a relief!
My shower is next Saturday and I scheduled my trial hair and makeup Saturday morning so I can take advantage and show it off.

Finished pomanders for the centerpieces (ivory carnations and black feathers)
For my cake table letters, I ordered plain wooden letters from craftcuts.com, used black acrylic paint, damask scrapbook paper, Mod Podge, and red crystals to decorate. I decided to do the "O" sideways and at different depths to add some visual interest.
